Melting away in the summer sun.

Man I don't know about you, but I live in brooklyn and the weather is just killing me. It takes real courage to step outside. The heat is really getting to me. Every year I say that this is my last summer in the city and every year I end up staying. To stay cool I've been buying up cheap GCN games like hotcakes (ugh hot). I've been blasting my way through SSX Tricky and nearly finished with Mario Power Tennis. All the while my ac has been on full blast. So what have you kids been playing to pass the grueling, lack of new games, summer????

Glad you're enjoying Killer7 .. I think it's similar to something like Chibi-Robo where certain people will love it, some will hate it, but most will respect it.

I just started playing Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles. It's okay, but I generally prefer turn-based RPG action like in Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door.

Just got Odama from Gamerang this week. It's a very interesting concept, but I wish they would've left out the microphone part. I'd rather just play pinball with some other way of issuing commands to my troops. I have to keep pausing and looking at the command list.

Got some in-store credit from EB, so I'll probably use it to pick up Eternal Darkness. Anyone else play that?

i thought Killer 7 was so boring, go down a hallway, shoot some invisible guys, move on. although the graphics are amazing i wish it made some sense.

LOVED Eternal Darkness! And not for nothing, I am in The Bronx and it hasn't been sweltering over here.

But then again, I am at work ALL DAY in AC. At home, I run fans (yes, it's archaic but I don't think the wiring in my apartment can handle it.)

Outside of that, I am still playing Lost in Blue. I hope to get some PSO in tonight.

Eternal Darkness is greatness, and I think Killer 7 is brilliant. Both are freaky deaky. Killer 7 though might be in my top 5 of this generation. I love everything about it.

Looks like Dave needs to get outta the kitchen.

Here in Chicago, we are having the best weather of the year! But June is usually the best month in Chicago, as far as weather is concerned...

Oh, yeah, and I decided to quit playing any games other than Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising until I finish that damn game!

Yea Mr. I. He changes his phrase every chapter. So does every other thing, like wardrobes and "tv speech", which keeps it fresh always. I can't stop gushing over this game. If i had to nominate a game for the games as art debate, it'd be this one.

Dave, i meant you couldn't stand the heat, therefore...you know the rest.
