Mixing of the languages

So I went out to dinner tonight and the restaurant next door had the most annoying menu I've ever seen. "Chicken con Bacon" and lets not forget the always ridiculous "Soup du jour". I hate that "we're a fancy restaurant" crap. Pick a language and stick with it. I mean even diners do it. No wonder other countries despise us. We can't stick to a single language we have to try to use as many as possible when it comes to describing food. If you're at a french restaurant, use french. Spanish place, use spanish. Diner, just put numbers next to hidious pictures.

Well, at least they don't have scarions (scallions) on the menu! One place I go to has Sauteed Spanish, instead of spinach. Talk about not proof reading.

Misspellings can be worst.

Muffingal, are you sure they are, in fact, serving sauteed spinach? It might have not been a typo...

Americans in general need to stop trying to incorporate every language into English.
